This property is a privately owned residence maintained for the enjoyment of visitors to the Guadalupe River. To make this visit safe and fun for all, the following rules must be followed:

1) It is the responsibility of the primary contact to ensure that all rules are followed by guests and visitors to the property.
2) All information provided in the rental agreement must be accurate and complete.
3) Fireworks and open flames are prohibited. Outdoor grilling is allowed in designated pits which must remain on fire bricks as designated.
4) Noise must be controlled with no loud music after 11:00pm.
5) It is considered Trespassing to be at other houses not rented by you.
6) Parking must be on the driveway only due to sprinkler system and septic lateral lines underneath all grassy areas. Renters must park so as to not interfere with the driveway of the neighboring house(s). Overflow parking (more than 3 cars) is provided at Little Ponderosa. Management has instructions and windshield stickers.
7) Air conditioning should not be set lower than 70 degrees to avoid freezing units up. Care should be given to keeping doors and windows closed to maintain temperature and control airborne pests.
8) Do not put paper towels, hygiene items, diapers, grease, chemicals, or other harsh items in the toilets or drains due to septic system requirements.
9) There is NEVER any smoking allowed in the house(s).

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This property is a privately owned residence.  The owner reserves the right to refuse or immediately terminate service to anyone and shall not be liable for refund.  The owner is not responsible for accidents or injuries to any person.  The owner is not responsible for the loss of any personal property or valuables nor for any damage thereto.  By signing below, you acknowledge that you are personally responsible for the actions of any persons at the property with your consent and further that you have or will inform all such persons of the rules regarding the care and use of this property as set forth in Attachment A hereto.  Failure to follow the rules is grounds for termination of this agreement.  Further, you agree that any deposit will be withheld to the extent necessary to offset damages to the property.  In the event the deposit is not sufficient to cover a loss, your credit card will be charged.  Such actions shall not preclude other remedies at law.

This list is incorporated as a part of the Guest Registration and Rental Agreement.  Any changes require authorization from management.
